Family Friendly Worship Services

We understand that seeking a new fellowship to worship the LORD in can be a daunting task. That is why we have complied the information below to help you understand better what Grace Bible Church is like. Approximately 250 people find Grace Bible Church a wonderful place to fellowship and worship our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

You will find us very traditional in our use of the KJV or NKJV Bible (we are not KJV only!) as we have great respect for the texts those were translated from. Our preaching is expositional, and our music traditional in style.

 

We are also family friendly and encourage parents to have their children sit with them through the services. We do not offer Sunday school during our morning worship time, but we do offer nursery care.  ​

We do not have a dress code though we hold to the biblical instruction to modesty. We believe that the Christian is a representative of Jesus Christ and should wear appropriate attire. You can expect to find the women dress in a modest fashion which might include skirts, dresses or pants, and the men in everything from flannel shirt with jeans and cowboy boots, to suits and ties.

In our music, we strive to honor the LORD with music that is presented in a more traditional, yet lively style. We love singing the hymns new and old that are doctrinally sound and support the message. We believe it is scriptural to sing a new song (Ps 33, 96, 98) so you can expect to hear some newer songs and hymns of praise. We typically use two pianos and organ to accompany what is often four-part singing, but don't be surprised to hear special music with the guitar or another instrument!

We believe in Baptism by immersion and that baptism doesn't save us, but rather, is an outward indication of our being dead to ourselves and alive unto Christ.
